"Alignment Construction was hired to remodel/renovate my Master Bedroom, Bath, and Guest Bath. The rooms were original, 1991. Vance and crew removed all exposed lighting and replaced with recessed. Hardwood flooring was installed in the bedroom and the Master Bath gutted. They removed an existing small shower and, with innovative design, were able to build a large shower with bench seating. This was complicated by an existing window wall that I wanted to keep. By utilizing every inch of space available, they were able to install a stackable washer/dryer and hide it behind a door, giving my home two laundry stations. Vance built a custom vertical sliding storage unit that sits alongside the washer/dryer. I had a good idea of the look I wanted and once conveyed to Vance, he was instrumental in the selection of fixtures and finishes. Everything was 100% professionally handled. There is a contract with cost clearly stated and most importantly, zero surprises. He and his team arrived punctually every morning and the job was completed within the time frame allotted. I live in a strict HOA governed community and Vance adhered to every restriction. My neighbors commented he was there every day - which is evidently unusual for many General Contractors. I will hire Alignment Construction for future work and recommend him without hesitation."

Candace was a pleasure working with during the contracting and execution of the project, and helped us select a color that we are very happy with. Gio replaced all of the home trim with Hardiboard. I was very pleased with Gio's confidence and ability to manage the trim replacement around our second story deck. His team removed gutters in order to replace the trim. Then, they painted the gutters and reinstalled them. I was also pleased with Gio's experience using the Sherwin Williams Emerald Rain Refresh paint. "If you're looking for pros who will do outstanding work using high quality materials, then Baker Building Solutions is definitely worth talking to. They redid my family room, putting in a large new fireplace with a beautiful stone surround, walnut shelving with lighting, and custom walnut cabinets. They replaced the top of a pony wall separating the family room and the kitchen with a walnut bar top. Very durable and waterproof. Finally, the replaced my stair railings, banisters, and associated trim. Again with walnut. The result is spectacular and catches the eye of all who have seen it."
