His team was able to lay down a water sealant first for the relatively freshly poured concrete and then apply the polyurea coating. "Solid-Lift uses a new technology for concrete lifting. In the past, a lean concrete has the consistency of watery mud was used. Solid-Lift uses an expanding polyurethane foam, instead of mud. The hole that is drilled through the concrete is only 5/8" diameter which makes it less conspicuous. And then the foam expands to lift the slab. It dries into a water-resistant barrier. On my job, since water had been sitting under the concrete, extra poly-foam was needed to lift the slab. I have another concrete lift job, and am waiting to see how the finished project holds up. I expect that it will be fine, and then will hire Solid-Lift again."
