Just before he was ready to work on the kitchen light, we changed our mind on what we wanted installed. Juan took all that in stride and we worked out the schedule. "I would suggest you drop all other services and go with this one only. This service man is far beyond the skills and service of all others. I had one show up in car and a back pack. He looked at and said he would send a quote ?????? My furnace is out , its late and the temp outside is 0. Tony Bertolini repaired it less then a hour with no parts. This is a man that knows his S!!! and is more than worth his charges.When the weather starts to warm up I will call him to install a new one . [ I will call no one else .}"

After purchasing an HVAC system from Swan, we joined the Swan Club, which includes yearly inspections. Yesterday our service technician was Mark.
