It was a real pleasure working with Candace. The prep, masking, caulking and painting was done with much attention to detail and the result was exceptional. We were so pleased with the staining of our front porch and back patio as it was a tough job to do. Rotten window trim was replaced an it looks like it did when the house was brand new. We are very happy with the job done and would highly recommend JP Painting. & Restoration.

Fantastic job! Candace is the ultimate pro- she’s amazing! She listened to exactly what I wanted and my vision and provided great recommendations (at no pressure) and she stayed in constant communication. Gio and his team were on-time, professional, and did a great job. Our project spread out over several days and they cleaned up each night and were very thorough. Excellent communication during and after project. Great follow up and minor detail retouching were done immediately and without hesitation. Our home needed most of the wood-based trim to be replaced, and both the home and the standalone 4 car garage needed paint. Candace was a pleasure working with during the contracting and execution of the project, and helped us select a color that we are very happy with. Gio replaced all of the home trim with Hardiboard. I was very pleased with Gio's confidence and ability to manage the trim replacement around our second story deck. His team removed gutters in order to replace the trim. Then, they painted the gutters and reinstalled them. I was also pleased with Gio's experience using the Sherwin Williams Emerald Rain Refresh paint. We love the results, and no longer need to worry about exterior water damage.

Our home needed wood trim repair and painting. I received a JP Painting and Restoration referral from a family member. Candace Conley, General Manager, visited our home and was professional, personable, and meticulous in confirming what we wanted, pointing out areas of improvement, explaining what her crew would accomplish and answering multiple questions. Candace presented a proposal during that initial visit. We completed an agreement that same day. Candace called back and scheduled the work. Very efficient. Next, Geo, crew supervisor, power washed our home, reviewed the requested wood repair, and confirmed the wood repair cost on our agreement. The crew arrived the next day, replaced the damaged wood and prepped our home for painting, which included detailed scrapping and caulking. The painting took a day and one half. The crew worked very effectively and efficiently. The work was excellent quality. Geo walked me around our home to make sure they had met all expectations. The damaged wood was replaced, and our home painted at an affordable cost. The entire process was excellent.

First off, working with Candace and Gio was a pleasure. My wife and I have lived in our home for 26 years, and in that time, we have had the house painted several times. This was, by far, the most pleasurable house painting experience that we have encountered. We got quotes from 4 different companies prior to hiring J.P. Painting and Restoration, and though the quote we received from them was not the lowest, we were impressed with Candaceâ s professionalism and her attention to customer service. Gio and his crew arrived at our house on time each day and put in solid days work. What has taken other companies 4-5 days to complete in the past, Gioâ s crew was able to finish in 2 days. What a pleasant surprise. Gio was great to work with and he and his crew took a lot of pride in all aspects of the job. We would highly recommend J.P.
