Write a ReviewThe company was very professional arrived on time completed everything cleaned up everything definitely gonna hire him again to do some more work
I hired All Phases to install a door, rehang a door that does not close, replace some trim moulding and to repair some tile. They did a great job with the tile. I would hire them again to do tile work. They did a great job with preparing the trim moulding (matching color and finish) and installing it. They could not fix the door that would not close. I'll have to do that myself by planning the door's edge. The only thing they tried was to adjust the hinges. When that failed they punted. I expected the problem to be solved one way or another. I expected more at $70 an hour!!! They did install a pre-hung door at the top of the basement stairs. However, the job was left unfinished. The original oak trim moulding around the opening to the stairwell needed to be ripped along it is length and reinstalled. This was punted on as well. This is exactly why I needed to hire a good carpenter ($70/hr) to make this look nice. Additionally, the backside of the door jamb was left unfinished. No trim. No nothing. For crying out loud you still see the shims used to fit the jamb to the opening. WOW!!! I guess I'll need to breakout my rudimentary woodshop skills from 50 years ago in Junior High School to finish these details as I'm now out of money. Pros: Very courteous, polite and friendly. Very good with the tile work. Cons: Left the door job unfinished to the point that I'll likely need to hire a new carpenter to finish what was started. (or do it myself) Charged $70 per hour for driving time from Loveland.
A very nice crew to work with. Experienced and professional. Keep up the good work!!! John
I hired them to do an inside job. I was impressed with the quality of work. I hired then again to complete an outside job. The are upfront about the cost, their cost of materials and time line.
Had facia replaced on back of house. Took a while to get the project started, mostly due to weather. Hiram and his crew were very pleasant and respectful. They appeared knowledgeable and pointed out issues caused by the original contractor. Erected scaffolding, replaced facia, tore down and cleaned up all in one day.
The gentlemen that cane were grealt.
Very good and very nice.
We started what seemed to be an easy project. Once we went to put it all together we realized we had a big problem. Living in a trailer we knew we needed a pro. They came out and gave an estimate as well as educated us on trailers and possible issues in the future as well as solutionss to fix them. The estimate was fair and the time frame perfct. The final results were amazing! Will definitely call them back!
Very curtious, came on time and completed the job well.
