We hired Brant and his team at Baker Building Services for a "small" kitchen remodel. What we loved was that from the first time he visited our house, Brant listened to what we wanted and also looked around our kitchen and provided his input on what he thought we could do to enhance our original suggestion/plan. While the remodel was bigger and more expensive than what we had original planned, we are incredibly happy with the final result. Brant and his team (Dawson, John, Albert, etc) transformed our kitchen in about a month. They listened to what we wanted, they provided their input when we asked for it and they gave us time to make our decisions and ensured that all of our questions were answered along the way. They took their work seriously and ensured it met our expectations for high quality. It was a true pleasure to have them in our home. We are so thankful that we found Brant and Baker Building Services and we plan to hire them for additional projects in the future.

I hired Brant to remove and old unsightly fireplace, repair dry wall and have it prepared for me to paint. Brant was thorough, professional and kind. He was great to work with and very generous with his time.

If you're looking for pros who will do outstanding work using high quality materials, then Baker Building Solutions is definitely worth talking to. They redid my family room, putting in a large new fireplace with a beautiful stone surround, walnut shelving with lighting, and custom walnut cabinets. They replaced the top of a pony wall separating the family room and the kitchen with a walnut bar top. Very durable and waterproof. Finally, the replaced my stair railings, banisters, and associated trim. Again with walnut. The result is spectacular and catches the eye of all who have seen it.

I have never had a project go so smoothly or as timely. I have done a few condo remodels, always on a tight turnaround between tenants or a sale. Brant has impeccable, responsive communication. He does what he says he is going to do and stands by the quality of his work and reputation. You can always find someone to do it cheaper but the value of timeliness, good communication, quality workmanship and customer service is worth it.

Project: Fireplace ledger stone and mantle, mud room tile replacement and wall remodel. We recently purchased a new home and wanted to upgrade some things we felt were underwhelming. We had a tight schedule to make the changes we wanted completed prior to moving in and Baker Building Services delivered in spades. From the initial estimating walk-through to final completion they were thorough, detail oriented, professional and just fantastic to work with. Brandt helped us make up our minds on the direction we wanted to go with our mud room tile and the fireplace mantle which we couldn't be happier with. Dawson and team provided their skills reliably, on schedule, with care, precision and efficiency. Having been involved with similar projects at different levels in my lifetime, it was refreshing to work with a team that's experienced and clearly takes pride in the work they do as is evidenced by the end product. I would definitely recommend Baker Building Services to anyone considering a remodel and looking for a quality crew to do the work. At some point I may be using them again.
