"For the past few months, I have had the pleasure to work with Rob and schwalb builders. Our entire family have had a very pleasant experience, and the customer service provided throughout the entire 5 months was very personalized and thoughtful. All together we had a team of 15 professionals working on our project. That included the company designer, architect/ engineer and the crew who performed the work. We hired schwalb builders to completely redesign our home. We relocated the kitchen, added a bathroom, remodeled our guest bathroom, living room and all 4 bedrooms. Schwalb builders had performed a home remodel and extension to our neighbors property, and since we were planning on having a home remodel ourselves, we paid close attention to the remodeler`s work ethics and visited the neighbors home a couple of times during the project. "We had them do a complete overhaul of one of my units of a duplex. They started demo 4/3/2023 with a deadline of 5/3/23 to complete. Joshua and Tanner are creative, meticulous, dependable, thoughtful and intelligent in preparation and protection, and the outcome is literally perfect. For clarification, Frontier did a front door install, built false walls in our closets to lockout for renters, and knocked out a 40+ item handyman, carpentry list WHILE adding efficient and beautiful suggestions to each.
