Quoted 26.7k for basement, ended up costing 42k. TTHR had me order everything before the project started so it would "seamlessly flow" and then ended up having quite a few things that weren't right and I couldn't return since it was past the 30-60-day mark. Lack of communication on getting vanity ordered, cabinets, shower glass and buying things i wasn't supposed to buy and they were. Was told 12~ weeks once permits were approved and it ended up taking 20 weeks. Had to go through and point out several things that were not up to standard, like holes next to lights, paint missing and trim not on. They messed up the final invoice and said I owed 6.8k instead of 4.5k that they couldn't explain, they eventually fixed. One of the workers told me $1,500 for the shower glass install and I gave him cash, then the installers came and asked me for the $900, it was figured out, but the worker took $600 from me essentially. The basement doesn't look that that great, its done but nothing to show of

Quality work done on budget

I desperately needed a backsplash for my kitchen remodel. A number of companies I contacted weren't interested because the job was "too small". Top Tier not only was responsive, but able to schedule quickly and get the work done at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier.

Terrible customer service. Poor communication between the contractors. Had two bathrooms remodeled and the toilet in our main bathroom runs. The toilet in our master bathroom had to get maintenance twice.

Their work is quality work.

From the initial meeting to discuss my vision for the kitchen, Chris provided excellent advice and product suggestions, including a source for fabrication and installation of granite countertops (he accompanied me to the wholesaler to select the slab). His crew was professional, skilled and responsive. The job was finished more quickly than anticipated. My vision became reality without any worrying or consternation on my part.

Customer service was excellent. Contractor listen to my vision of the project and offered even better solutions. I would definitely recommend!

Chris and his team were amazingly detailed and professional. Chris got us a detailed estimate quickly and answered all our upfront questions. The team was flexible when we had some weather delays on our material shipping and still completed our projects on time. We're so happy with our 2 new bathrooms and refreshed kitchen. Already looking to bring them in on our next project!

Chris came out and was professional and extremely responsive. we had a small project (Powder room and backsplash) with some tight timelines. they finished ahead of what they estimate which we were extremely happy about. i would recommend them for other tile projects.
