"Marc Ortiz was everything we hoped for on this project. We had old metal bifold closet doors that needed replacing before we sold the house, as they were all broken or missing. He arrived EARLY (when have you had that happen!?), was polite, professional, completed the work with beautiful results, cleaned up everything after himself, leaving our house ready to show. He had to do some extra work to plane the ends of the doors to make them fit, and did that with no extra charge. He also was willing to add another couple of small projects we needed (securing a toilet with new wax ring and shims, and installing some smoke detectors/CO2 monitors), all for very reasonable pricing. We are moving out of state, so we are unlikely to need him again, but I sure wish we had found him sooner!! Very good, very experienced, and very pleasant. In fact, on the way out of our front door, he noticed the person who installed the door had not used enough screws on the hinges, and the door was sticking. He grabbed some screws out of his van and fixed it on the spot, so now it closes smoothly, and didn't charge us for this last minute kindness. What a great guy!!"
