  Comment: We need a small bath remodel. Our existing bath has started to leak bc the valve and fixtures are broken. Because it’s so old the whole system needs replacing but there is no access, so we have to take the entire tub and surround out and replace with new tub and 3 piece surround. But if we are going to do all that I figure to replace floor and vanity while we are at it. The other possible thing we want to do is add a small window above the shower since the wall is an exterior wall. Need some one to install and repair everything. We can get the materials since I can get discounts from my work on vanities and flooring.
