"Oliver was prompt, and knocked out the repair quickly. This was for a stacked washer/dryer unit, the washer was not draining. This was found to be due to something stuck in the drain hose - internal to the unit. The was cleared and restored the unit to service. Definitely calling Fox Dual again for all my repair needs!"

"Matthew was very professional, knowledgeable, kept a clean work area. Unfortunately he had to come back a second time because it didn't work properly. The problem actually came down to the dishwasher, so it wasn't his fault at all, and he wouldn't accept any money for a few fittings he had to purchase.
