Reviews
Write a ReviewP&R added about 1700 square feet to our unfinished second story including an office, a second primary bedroom, media room, bathroom including a 5ft x 5ft shower, a dedicated HVAC room, two storage areas, built in bookcases, a wet bar and an attic. Also installed a second A/C and heater. Responsive service, clean, showed up when scheduled and excellent communication. Checked in frequently with us to check on status and our satisfaction. We had a one year follow up with minor changes needed that were addressed immediately. Very pleased and our project manager exceeded our expectations.
Quality company. That does a great job!
My property has used P&R for so many projects in the past 12 months and I must say they never disappoint! Whenever I have a question I reached out to James The project manager, and he is quick to answer any questions I may have and not I mentioned they all are super nice down to earth and professional group of people!
I had the pleasure of working with P&R Consulting Group during a fire-related incident that required major repairs, and James was absolutely outstanding. He showed up day in and day out, managing every detail with professionalism, clear communication, and genuine care. His dedication and follow-through made a stressful situation so much easier, and I truly couldn’t have asked for better support. If you need a team that goes above and beyond, especially with someone like James leading the way, P&R Consulting Group is the one to call!
So far this company has met expectations, but haven't actually begun construction yet! Fingers crossed as my last experience with a contractor(Carolina Restoration) was a horrible thing, praying this goes far better! Adding to my original post, a few years later...be very careful using this company as they take forever to complete the job AND it just cost me an additional 22k to fix roof installation that they did incorrectly causing major water damage to the outside and inside of my home...buyer beware!
Working in multifamily, the success of a renovation project depends heavily on the contractor you partner with. The team at P&R Property Consulting Group has been outstanding to work with. They appreciate and understand the apartment industry. They know how busy the Maintenance and Office team is. Most importantly…They know what the end goal is..Deliver a beautiful apartment to us that leases in the next five days! They are attentive, responsive, and incredibly solution-oriented. In our world, timelines move quickly and sometimes I need homes turned faster than expected (because this girl is not losing a lease! 😂). They never complain and always step up to help us meet those deadlines. What really sets them apart is their communication and partnership mindset. They always answer the phone, keep us informed, and even take the time to explain the “why” behind things so we can better understand the process. They are far more than just a vendor to our team. They are true partners in the success of our community. They understand that the finished product reflects not only on them, but on the entire property. And they take that responsibility seriously. Great partnerships require give and take, and this team embodies that. We’re grateful to have them supporting our renovation project.
