"The best experience I've ever had with any type of contractor/home helper/consultant. Sean's thoroughness of inspection was incredible. He spent 30 minutes in my attic alone and checked every nook and cranny in and outside my house. He faced challenges-- my attic has no stairs, the rain was dumping and we had to work around my dogs because of the rain. This didn't phase Sean. He was not only great with his work, he was very personable and provided every bit of information I could ask for on what things needed to be done for preservation (thankfully no real damage yet:)). He also was happy to answer any questions I sent over the next week or so. He gave me contacts for all the types of work he recommended so that I don't even have to do the work of finding people to do the preservation work! He billed me only after he confirmed that I was completely satisfied and his fee was extremely reasonable.
