I worked with Kirk and Twila at Luxury Kitchen Bath Express to remodel my primary bathroom. This was my first time partaking in any sort of home remodel project, and I couldnâ t have picked a better team to work with. From the start Kirk and Twila were great with communication. They were open to giving me design suggestions that would really take my bathroom to the next level while working within my budget. I appreciated them being open with setting project expectations so it gave me an idea of what to expect every step of the way. If schedule is important to you as well, I would recommend KB express. This was my only full bath so the remodel required relocation for me. Even with project changes (requested by me) they continued to work diligently to get the job done in a timely manner without risking quality. The team they work with is the best of the best and everyone was friendly and welcoming when I stopped by to check on progress. Canâ t recommend Luxury Kitchen Bath Express enough!

Outstanding start to finish.

Very good design skills. Employees did an excellent job. They were very willing to discuss options and details. Presented an itemized work schedule but had a few hiccups. Completion took longer than expected. Very pleased with overall remodel. The bathroom looks fantastic and is as beautiful as I had hoped. Congratulations to the Team on a JOB WELL DONE. Christian and his team were great. The work site was always clean and orderly. Were respectful of property. Work was done n time. Were respectful and followed schedule. All questions and concerns addressed promptly and to satisfaction. Beautiful workmanship. Staff was respectful, friendly and professional. Would hire again in a heartbeat. Wonderful.

If I have any "issues" at all about them for our bathtub to shower project it is their customer contact/scheduling. On three different occasions, their workers showed up with no call, no contact of any kind. Just by coincidence, someone was home. Otherwise, while the project was a higher price than we wanted to spend (aren't they all?), all of the work was of superior quality and done in a timely manor. The new shower is GREAT!!!
