The Level Up crew that showed up was awesome. They were very personable and friendly, and answered all of our questions. They did a fantastic job fixing our cracked patio. I would certainly recommend Level Up to anyone one that needs their concrete fixed.

From the first visit, Matthew was thorough in his explanation of the two options for our patio. There was no pressure from him as to what we should do. The cost was fair. When the crew came out, they were on time, extremely pleasant and efficient. We love the results ! The small crack was fixed and we are confident the patio will hold up for many years to come. This was our second job with Level Up and we highly recommend this company.

Thomas did a good job leveling and caulking my sidewalk. He also fixed the sidewalk where it meets up to the step. Very pleased with the quality of the work.

Matt and Level Up Concrete were the best! Our front sidewalk had sunk over the years and within 45 minutes they had it level and all cleaned up. They were also the most reasonably priced. I had scheduled them and had to cancel at the last minute due to a family funeral and they couldn’t have been nicer about it. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their customer service.

We had a slow start getting our work booked and scheduled. Had to call 3 times and speak to I think was the receptionist? Still was never contacted to schedule. I finally contacted Matt directly and was able to pick a date for repairs. The workers were nice and seemed to do a great job. Although a few days later my wife stepped out and walked the repaired sidewalk and found one area that was not quite level. I have not called Matt back yet to report the issue.

I highly recommend Level Up concrete repair service. They were knowledgeable and courteous and did exactly what they said they would and at a fair price. They filled in pockets of open space underneath my porch where direct and crush rock had settled and they sanded and filled in the porch cracks with waterproof mortar which came with guarantee for 12 years. My front porch looks much better with all cracks filled in and they also added mortar in the seams of my porch steps and walkway which makes it look much cleaner as well as keep the water from penetrating and causing future cracks. The holes they drilled to insert the material below the porch is barely visible and will keep the cracks from expanding further. They were the most reasonable price of the companies I contacted and very professsional.

We used LevelUp to repair sunken steps to our front entrance that had cracked and looked unsightly. They also repaired a section of our walkway that had lifted and a slab in the back of our home. The company provided an initial estimate that was fair and fully explained the work that needed to be done. They gave us options on the cost allowing us to choose how much we wanted to get done. The team sent to do the work was friendly and got the job done quickly. We are really pleased with the outcome and would definitely use this company again for future concrete needs.
