These guys are awesome! Ellis really knows the concrete business. Very personable as well as professional. Customer service is a dying art. Ellis nailed it! When it comes to contractors, most are all about the money. With E & Smith it's about the job and about customer satisfaction. He takes the time to explain what and how he is going to do the job. He asks questions to ensure that you are getting what you want and will also make suggestions if needed . Didn't try to sell me something that I didn't need. I will be using this company again soon for another project. Will recommend E & Smith to EVERYONE! They do love what they do. Great job Ellis!

He came out the same day I contacted him. He cleaned up brush & set a 2x4 slab of concrete in the rain. Price was competitive.

From the initial contact to the finished work, my impression and experience was excellent. I've dealt with all kinds of contractors and workers for various jobs over the years and rarely do they have the "sense of urgency" that E&Smith has to quote the job, accommodate your concerns, start the work, and "get it done". From start to finish my project was quoted and completed in less than 5 days. They even did work beyond what I asked them to. Would hire them again for future needs without question.
