I recently bought a house and the previous owners failed to disclose that the pavers around the pool funneled rain water directly towards the door to the detached garage (shame on them). So even brief showers were flooding my garage. I realized I needed a concrete step in front of the door to prevent the water from setting in the garage. E & Smith responded immediately to my request for a quote to address the issue. He came by the same day, recommended a slightly inclined ramp versus a step, we agreed to a price and he actually got the project done the same day. He actually worked into the evening to finish the project. Two days later we have been experiencing no stop rain for about 48 hours and my garage is dry. E & Smith was extremely professional, very polite, and did a quality job very quickly for a fair price. What more could you ask for? I would recommend him to anyone.
