We wanted to elder-proof our master bathroom. It called for a redo of the shower and the bathtub. As an after thought we also did the counters of the bathroom cabinets. The work was done on time and within our budget. Our shower and bathtub installation was done by Slavic. I thought his work was exceptionall. Our contact while doing the construction was Linda and we were very satisfied with her. I would recommend working with this construction company at any time. The workmanship was exceptional and looks gorgeous. What I was disappointed with was the lack of guidance we got in determing where to put the grab bars, what tile to use and design issues.

We are working with Scott on a major bathroom remodel. He has been excellent to work with. I particularly appreciate his great communication skills and his willingness to meet our design needs. He is on time for appointments, he follows up on details and gets back to you quickly. He is very knowledgeable about the design and construction details, and very good at answering all your questions. We look forward to the next step in construction!

We are currently in the process of starting a bathroom remodel at my moms house. Completely nervous about choosing a good company. I have heard good things about the Yancey Company and have seen the name for Years now. After meeting with Scott (the Yancey Rep) whom came to my moms house for the initial consult, he made us feel less nervous and assured us of the beautiful work he will provide for us. We are now super excited to see the future results that Scott had laid out for our bathroom. He made us feel comfortable and actually explained that we might not need some features we thought we needed. We appreciate that honesty and we are looking forward to getting the work done. First time remodeling our 1960's kitchen so nerves were high. We felt Yancey was very attentive to our specific needs. They listened to all our ideas and contributed much to the final design. All our questions and concerns were answered with great care and attention to detail. Scott was very helpful with the kitchen specifics and Eduardo was able to get the design rendered beautifully. We are feeling super excited with our choice of Yancey to be our kitchen remodel contractor!

A shower install was impeccable. This includes the tile work and the hot mopping. The cabinetry was well done. In spite of an initial issue with the granite countertop, the final result is very nice.

We just had our master bathroom in Elk Grove, CA, remodeled, and we are absolutely thrilled with the results! The attention to detail was impeccable, and we are especially in love with the tile work – it's truly a masterpiece. For the price, I expected turnkey product?the tile grouting is very inferior, the shower in less than a year needs to be regrouted. The overall look is good, the devil is in the details.

Estimate was timely. Products not available when project started, forgot to order tile. Construction mess ups by contractor Yancey used, who then subbed out work. Light fixture mis set and they charged me for having to move it. They knew what products and measurements I ordered from them. Customer service was caddy, and not timely to respond. Two week project started in November was not completed until February. Luckily, I had photographs of bathroom prior to remodel to prove the construction issues (sheet rock bump) were not there prior to remodel. Price was fair but construction mistakes, original contractor subbing work to others not on "Yancey" staff/payroll/contract, and making me pay half of their measurement mistakes and 10 weeks to complete will have me use another company in the future. I had used them in the past and had a much different experience.
