The installer Ray arrived on time, was considerate of our house and cleaned up. Was very courteous throughout the day, answered all our questions. He was here to work, get the job done in a timely manner, no fooling around. Poor guy didn't even eat!!. I would recommend West Shore again and would hire them to do our next job. I would also recommend Ray as the installer.

The installer team of Judah W., Hunter B., Jimmy P., and Shaniya B., arrived on time to install our new windows and entry door. They were very courteous throughout the day, allowing me to observe their work and take pictures for future reference. They cleaned up all debris from the job and also updated a couple of items I asked for. All-in-all, great experience especially in getting the work done in a day. Many thanks for an awesome job!!
