Courteous and competent, but not the most efficient. Arrived without all of the necessary parts. Got the job done, but took longer than it should since he had to go for parts. Also, seemed a bit expensive, but did not get other estimates to compare.

Mr. Cora took a down payment and never did the work. When asked to return the down payment, he would not. It has been six months.

Hi Robert I apologize for the request for your refund and how long it has taken. I came out for an estimate, I suggested you replace the windows based on my assessment. You decided to go with the repair option upon which we signed a contract and I ordered the replacement parts and two storm doors. About a month later you decided to cancel this order for parts and work. You stated you found someone to replace them. I was a little confused however I still processed the refund. Sent all the materials back at a 50% restocking fee. I have been waiting for the funds to be available to I could send you the balance of your refund. Please contact.
