We were looking for someone to power wash the exterior windows of my 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo unit on the first floor. This included 2 windows in the living room, one in each bedroom, and one in the kitchen. I reached out to Angi's List and received responses from several companies, but I chose Victory Plus Window Cleaning and Repair because they were the closest to me in the Quincy area. Best decision ever! We have been very pleased with Victor's communication throughout the entire process, from the initial contact and estimate to scheduling the work. Victor arrived as promised on the agreed-upon date and time. He was very professional and friendly and took care to protect the window seals. The entire process from start to finish was quick, and we're thrilled with the outcome. I highly recommend Victory Plus Window Cleaning and Repair to anyone looking for this type of service.

Our awning window wouldn?t close because the original screws had broken off the hinge, and we needed it fixed ASAP. He came the very next day, right on time, and immediately identified the issue. His expertise was evident - he knew exactly how to fix it and even worked around the missing screws to ensure a secure repair. What really stood out was his professionalism and consideration. Instead of making a mess indoors, he went outside to drill new holes in the rail, keeping everything clean. He thoroughly tested the window after the repair, making sure it worked perfectly before leaving. On top of that, his pricing was very fair - no overcharging, just honest and skilled work. Communication was smooth, he was easy to work with, and overall, this was a fantastic experience. He truly saved the day! I?ll definitely use his services again and highly recommend him to anyone in need of window repairs.

Victor and his team replaced most of the windows in my condo unit due to broken seals. I found him via strong recommendation from other owners in the condo building, as they worked with him previously and had positive and successful experiences with him. Victor and his team are professional, timely, knowledgeable, and very good at what they do. In fact, they even helped me identify the source of a leak in the window that I wasn’t previously aware of. They moved their schedule around to quickly resolve the issue before the next rainstorm. We will absolutely use them again for any window needs we have at our new home.

Hired Victor Cora from Victory Window repair via Angi in October to repair water rotted bay window skirt in my home. He came and provided a reasonable estimate and came with good reviews on-line and a reasonable price. We agreed without any hassle on his estimate of $900 for about 7 hours of work that he thought could be finished in 1-2 days. He arrived several days later on the day scheduled but not until 10:45 am. We reviewed the need to remove the rotten wood holding up the bottom of the bay window, insert new wooden supports and bolster them as well as the underdeck and then rebuild the finishing skirt and trimmings as well as caulking to minimize further water damage. He required a $450 credit card payment to reserve his time and also to purchase needed wood and caulking supplies for the work and this was provided. Took him about two hours to return with the supplies that same day. He seemed to be doing a steady job removing the damaged wood, cutting and replacing the wood supports underneath but then finished working around 3 pm with plans to return the second day. Assumed he would arrive around 8 am or so but again not until 10-11 am and he told me he was worried about getting stuck in traffic. We reviewed that the wood supports were well in place and there was no wobble to any of the window parts, that he would do the caulking after he finished the interior work and we discussed in detail how the trim might work, whether to add a small wood trim above the inserted wood panels to make it look more finished and offered him some spare wood that I had that we both thought might work. He worked again until about 3-4 pm putting in insulation that I already had and told me that he would need to return the next day to finish. I told him that I was only available in the morning and early afternoon because I had a flight booked for a lecture trip to Lisbon that evening (that he knew about) and he assured me he would finish the job. He requested a check for $750 which I provided and left him to finish. Problem is that he finished the work in an extremely sloppy and unprofessional fashion (see pictures) with giant lumps of putty on both sides of the skirt, large piece of wood horizontally placed but mis-measured and cut about 2 inches short on the left side and 1 inch short on the right side but filled with lumpy putty on both sides. He was supposed to place a second layer of flat wood over the bottom of the skirt to make it flush with the upright portion but did not do that. The thin wood trim on both the right and left sides of the skirt did not have the angles cut and so they do not meet at the obvious 45 degree angle since they were also incorrectly cut. When I tried to call him his phone did not answer and messages were not permitted. He did not answer text messages or email messages. When I finally reached him after almost a week of non-response and quietly told him I was concerned that there were angle cuts not correctly, wood mismeasured, no trim placed where trim was agreed upon and lots of lumpy insulation not smoothed or covered over, and asked him to come to meet me since I wasn t happy with the finished work, he got very angry with me and hung up.

Victory came to give a quote to fix my double pane window and clean the inside the double pane. I hired him on the spot. Nobody can fix windows like Victor for a very fair price. I’m very pleased with the repair and it looks like a new window. I highly recommend hiring Victor to repair and clean your windows.
