Easy to work with and were able to fit us in quickly and accommodate a quick turn around for a window repair.

We had a problem with the repair of decades- old Pella windows. The company would only sell us new windows. Besides the huge expense, there was a lead time of months. We are in the process of putting our condo on the market and could not wait. I called everyone I could find and no one would take on the project. I put a search on Angiâ s list. Victor appeared out of nowhere. He knew exactly what needed to be done, ordered the parts and within two weeks, he finished the job. We could not be more pleased. He was as professional as any contractor weâ ve ever dealt with in four decades. His team was very professional. He did exactly what he promised, on time and at a very fair price. Victor showed up to do the estimate right on time. He offered a suggestion which saved me 1,000s of dollars. He explained everything. I will post again after the job is complete.

Victor was very responsive during the quoting phase and we quickly scheduled a date for him to assess the project. Thankfully, Victor had some great ideas on how to salvage and repair some existing exterior window framing and sills, which saved a great deal of time and money. After the project was finished, there were a few things that needed additional attention. Victor promptly made everything right and came back with a few days to close out the job. I enjoyed working with Victor on this job and appreciated his hard work, communication, and enthusiasm for doing the job right. I'd recommend Victory Plus for other jobs similar to window framing and repair in the future and would certainly work with the team again.
