The associates followed my directions and did not clean tables I did not want touched and did not clean my spare bedroom/ storage area. They thoroughly cleaned the remainder of the apartment very well. I look forward to have them return twice a month to maintain this. Thank you all

I hired them to do a deep clean of my place. I was quoted at $300. I had no issues with this as I had a lot of blinds that needed cleaned and I did want a deep clean as my first service. On the day I was supposed to get the quote Victoria was about 30 mins late. Her assistant did call. If this was the only issue, I wouldnâ  t be writing a negative review. I gave Victoria my key for the day her crew would be coming. I had left my place only to get a call that the key had not been passed on to the crew. I had to turn back around and unlock the door. I know the ladies were there for quite I while. When I returned home, things initially looked good. I wasnâ  t particularly fond of the fact that my furniture, baskets and other things had been moved around, but whatever. Then I walked into the kitchen and noticed crumbs in the floor. I looked at the cabinets and noticed multiple areas had been missed. Over the course of the next 24 hours I began to notice parts of furniture that was never touched and spots on the wall. At first I was going to just cut my losses. Then a friend pointed out that the flier said that they specifically cleaned inside the refrigerator and oven. This was most definitely not done. I spoke with Victoria and told her what happened. She said it was that she was not there to oversee the job. I said well, then as a business owner you should know. She offered to come back, but I declined. Again, I felt that we had a discussion and that was enough. However, she was supposed to mail my key back to me 2 weeks ago and never did. Now, not only did I pay for a poor cleaning service, but it also cost me $35 to replace the deadbolt.
