Closed on Sundays.

How We Got Started

I chose to work in this industry because I have always been service oriented. I like to help people keep their home or work environment clean. The get satisfaction from transitioning your carpets from dirty to clean and seeing the happy customers is rewarding.Valley Carpet Cleaning is accredited by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) and we hold cleaning certifications through the IICRC so that you have highly trained technicians cleaning your carpets and upholstery. We have over 15 years of experience in carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning, customers are always going to get an experienced and knowledgeable technician. We enjoy meeting new clients, building relationships. Quite often these become repeat customers and these customers refer us to their friends. We take pride in our work and impressing our customers with the quality and attention to detail that we give to every job..

I found my forever carpet cleaning company. Tim and Rose did a spectacular job at a very reasonable price. We have two cats, and we had quite a few deep stains. Their products and their service were top notch. To anyone looking for carpet cleaners I highly recommend valley carpet cleaning.

Amazing work really happy with the results. They were able to get almost all the stains out of the carpets and area rugs. This is my second time working with Tim & team and I am definitely planning on continuing to call on them when I need more carpet cleaning. Highly recommend

They were super communicative. They had some issues with one of their vans, but in the end, they made it all the way up to government camp and cleaned our carpet. It’s a two-story townhouse with steep steps that are all carpeted and then second floor carpet and living room carpet we have had the carpets cleaned numerous times in the past and they have been OK. This time they look brand new. What a great job I would only use them to clean any of my carpets in the future.

Donâ t waste time looking at other places; this is the only carpet cleaning company you should consider. Have used them at my rental properties a few times, and I couldnâ t say enough good things about Tim and his team. These guys are truly the best in the business, and make sure that youâ re 100% satisfied before they leave and consider the job closed. Absolutely would recommend to anyone and everyone! Not a second thought behind it! They ARE the best!

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verify Trade License HomeAdvisor checks to see if the business carries the appropriate state-level license. Verify Insurance As a part of our screening process, we encourage professionals to carry general liability insurance. We require coverage for hundreds of services. Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
