Diego and his crew answered my call and were at my house within the hour for an emergency that arose. He temporarily patched the roof until he was able to replace it. After the snow had melted he was here just like he said he would be. The job was done in two days. He and his family worked morning until dusk to complete the job. Very honest man with a wonderful crew. He was in contact with my insurance company to help with my claim. He was in contact with me every step of the way. The job looks beautiful! Would highly recommend it to anyone. The price was a little higher than I expected, but I am not familiar with the cost of materials.

My roof looks phenomenal! Very professional, timely service that I received from Upper Level Construction. All workers worked efficiently and the job was finished at the time we both agreed upon. The crew cleaned up the area well after the job was completed. I had to also add that Diego explained the whole process to me, due to his knowledge about removing and replacing shingles I never worried once. I will recommend there services to anyone I know who needs it. I am very pleased with the outcome.

Excellent communication. excellent service I had problem with water coming in ( I thought it was a problem with new roof ) Owner called me from his Hospital bed ,send his sons to check the problem ( same day ) Turned out it was the siding leaking .Fixed the problem next day .This company excellent all around . Contacted quickly, set up to look at repair the next day. First talked to them on a Friday night and job was completed by the following Wednesday. They kept in contact throughout project. Did everything as stated in contract. Would definitely work with them again.

We were able to estimate the job by texting several pics of the damage and phone dialogue with the owner Diego. Scheduled the repair with a few weather delays, but got it done. They respected the COVID 19 mask and distancing protocols which was very important to us. Prepared, well equipped and knowledgeable with repairs of this kind and more. I would highly recommend this family owned business to anyone in need of repairs, and plan on having them return in the spring for a few projects. Thanks again to Diego and his crew!

cooking. reached out to a few contractors. They said t g ey have me on their list or not reach me at all. Diego called me. Came that same day when he said he would. Completed the work two days later and spoke with me and my wife explaining job and showed me before and after pictures. Helping us with a damaged siding panel too. Very professional and price is good.
