My experience with Upper Level Construction was outstanding. This is a family run company that takes immense pride in workmanship and customer service. I had a leak earlier in the fall but just before the Pocono winter kicked in so no roof work could be done until the weather changed. Diego tarped the leak so that we could weather the next few months of cold and snow. No leaks the entire wait. They are extremely polite, have great workmanship, professional and keep an impeccable job site! I mean clean as a whistle! The roof is beautiful and the work was done in a timely fashion as soon as the weather cooperated. I would recommend Upper Level Construction to anyone needing a roof!

I have to extend a huge thank you to Diego and his family. They were amazing, I couldn't have asked for anything more of them. Always on time, always courteous, extremely professional, and they did an excellent job. Diego was always available to answer any questions I had, and his communication was always prompt. It's a family-owned business, and not only does Diego walk you through everything, he even works on the roof too. His pricing was extremely competitive - best price I had been quoted - and normally that would make me a little nervous, but Diego and his family did not disappoint. They definitely knew what they were doing - saw we had damage to our roof (we had no idea) and encouraged us to file an insurance claim. Diego walked us through the entire process and worked with our insurance company. I am so grateful to have found him here on the home advisor and would encourage anyone looking for an excellent roofer to give him a shot. You won't be disappointed!

Very excellent meticulous work. Very courteous, very fast response, I am very satisfied with the work that John did, 110% satisfied and will have this company back to do additional work to cap 2 door frames and a garage door frame. I highly recommend Upper Level construction.
