He is reliable and patient and ensures every aspect of the job is executed flawlessly and to the customers satisfaction. He instills values and works ethic into his workforce which is comprised of his family members. They all take a great deal of pride in their work and should be used as a model for other contractors. For example, Diego installed our roof flashing with a high degree of precision and care. This is a critical component of every roof as it directs water away from certain areas of the roof (walls, chimneys, roof valleys). Our prior roofing contractor failed to invest sufficient time and effort on flashing which resulted in multiple leaks from a relatively new roof. Consummate professional fair prices easy to work with

Diego came out to evaluate the roof leak I was having. He gave honest, useful and appropriate advice. We ended up hiring him and even though weather caused some delays, Diego was always in communication. He was quick to answer texts or phone calls, and the workmanship of the roof replacement looks incredible. I would absolutely recommend Diego and upper level construction and will be using them in the future if need be.

Upper level construction replaced my roof and installed vynal siding. They are a family business and take a great deal of pride in their work. The roof was completed in 1 day, the siding took a week. The house looks beautiful. On the initial visit, Diego spent time with us helping us decide materials and colors. Workers were respectful and left the worksite clean each day. All my questions were answered during the job. I totally recommend Upper Level Construction.
