Upper Level Construction is honest, reliable, trustworthy and I will recommend them and their work.. They call when they are coming to the job site and they are punctual. We had no problems with them working on out roof, on our gutter and they were clean and very neat with everything about the job. I wish all the contractors in the Poconos were as good.

I had contacted two other roofers before settling on Upper Level Construction. After my conversation with Diego it made sense the way he explained what would be done. We signed a deal, materials ordered and date set. Job performed in 1 day and I am beyond satisfied. Diego and crew were so professional in take down and clean up of the roof, it greatly surprised me. They left no materials behind to show that my entire roof was replaced and to top that off they even replaced the roof on my shed next to the house to my amazement. If anyone I know needs roof work l would recommend that Upper Level be their 1st choice. Great Job Upper Level
