Diego came to evaluate my roof issues after I had a roof leak. He took the time to carefully review the problem and explained the way to fix it to eliminate future issues. My husband and I used upper level construction for a new roof and gutter system. This is a family business in which their workmanship,work ethic,customer service and theyâ re just general caring goes above and beyond any expectation that I had. They were here right on time finished the job in the expected amount of time they work from sunrise to sunset and updated us all along the way. This is a family owned business which makes them much more personable to work with we will be hiring them again to do our siding when weâ re ready you wonâ t be disappointed and using upper level construction for your next project they are truly a special group of workers that work harder than any I have seen in a long time.

In addition to replacing entire roof, did replacement of entire house siding. Positives: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Excellent company and contractor!! Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Great communication regarding projects being done. First project was a new roof on house and new roofs and siding on an unattached garage and a separate shed. Such a high quality job so had them return to then do all new siding on house. Diego was very knowledgeable and friendly. His team of workers were all highly skilled, did high quality work and were friendly and courteous. In addition, they cleaned up the work site at end of each day, never left debis scattered around. Never left a mess. Diego was easy to work with. Came to do the jobs as promised. Finished jobs in a timely matter!! Very fair pricing for the amount of work done and used all high quality materials. Highly recommend Diego and his team. Would use again for future projects
