We've used UBR for several projects over the years – kitchen remodel, tiling our bath, repainting parts of the house, and installing French doors to convert our old dining room into an office. Each project was finished on time, the pricing was straightforward (no surprises), and their crews were always prompt, courteous, and left everything looking great when they were done. It's rare to find a contractor you can trust with that many different jobs, but UBR earned it. Highly recommend.

Special project—To install grab bars on each side of the door leading from the garage into the house. As a Parkinson’s patient I need grab bars to prevent falling. Will wanted to insure safety so UBR cut into the drywall to install cross braces. The work was completed to perfection with painting of the drywall and installation of the grab bars. The work was done with great professionalism and we were informed daily of progress and plans. I highly recommend UBR Development for any project in your home.

My company hire UBR for a comercial project, the job was ro do some modifications on a building to open a school to teach joung guys new trades. We gave the owner Mr Will 90k as first draw for the project and he didn't showed up for over a month. When he showed up he told us that he couldn't do the job and that he didn't have the money we gave him anymore. This incident happened 2 year ago and he hasn't even try to paid the stolen money. We are taking legal action against UBR for fraud and the theft of capital.
