Quality work at a reasonable cost. Very customer-oriented, professional, and highly experienced. The owner of the company, "Will," and his helper were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend UBR Development LLC for any home renovation project. They are detail oriented and ensure that the customer is completely satisfied with the final product, regardless of how many visits it takes to complete the job to the customer's complete satisfaction. Without hesitation, I will use them again for my next home renovation project.

I was so impressed with Will and his crew. I didnt know exactly what I wanted to do with my bathroom and laundry room. Will worked with me to design the most gorgeous and practical rooms in my house. Highest quality work I have seen and such attn to detail!

It is a shame that we were not satisfied overall with UBR because we are satisfied with the finished products. We had both our half bath and master bath renovated through UBR. The communication was very poor overall. Will would only respond to my emails with vague answers, often only talking to my husband on the phone. And he did not communicate well with his on-site worker for status updates. The project management was also extremely poor. I asked on several occasions for a general timeline so that we could ensure the materials we were responsible for were available to the workers. However, Will never responded to that request so we had to order and return several items and rush to have big items (like a vanity) shipped to our house due to lack of planning. This led to his worker having to reopen a wall due to the plumbing being off center with the plan b vanity. Also, Will said he would send one worker to start in the half bath and then send more once the master renovation started. Well, 6 weeks went by without Will ever sending extra workers to help, and he didn t send anyone until my husband asked (I had already asked for more workers on 2 occasions and those requests were ignored). So, we had one person in our home from 7am to 9pm (give or take depending on the day) to work on an entire project alone. Finally, if you choose to use UBR, make sure you have a budget and an estimated timeline nailed down BEFORE you agree to anything. Make sure EVERYTHING you want is included in the quote so that you won t be hit with unexpected change orders throughout the project. We discussed budget with Will and he made adjustments and we thought everything was included in the quote except for the designated provided by customer items. Well, towards the end of the project, Will sends us another $2100 quote for the shower glass. Neither one of us had noticed the glass was not included in the original quote. Overall, our project (which is small in comparison to other projects Will showed us) took from the end of March to the middle of July to complete. We were unable to use our bathroom for nearly 4 months due to lack of resources and poor project management. Again, I will say that we are satisfied with the work and our bathrooms look really nice. However, I would not recommend UBR to any of my friends or family because of how much stress they caused us during the renovations.

UBR kitchen remodel exceeded my expectations. Will's can do it attitude and expert advise based on years of experience were much appreciated. But above all is how attune he and David were to customer satisfaction. They went out of their way to minimize demo dust, the inconvenience of being without a functioning kitchen, and were respectful of our home. When issues arouse with the granite we had our heart set on, Will interceded to insure we got our first choice. He even called from an out of town wedding to make sure the counter tops were installed to our liking. David is a skilled craftsman whose attention to detail and patience to insure the job was done right, resulted in a beautiful and above the bar professional job that will last for many years. He perfectly executed a complex travertine herringbone floor, a custom medallion, a bricked German smear accent wall, installed perfectly centered pendant lights and an undermount granite sink. He had to remove old pot lights which involved patching, retexterizing and painting, I still cant tell where he did it, it is seamless. The backsplash is straight out of an old English cottage with pops of artistic tiles as accents, all perfectly placed. I love, love , love the result! They are professional, knowledgeable, skilled and Will tells great stories. Definitely, will hire for my next project.

Will was very customer friendly. Always addressed my concerns and questions. Did outstanding work. Would definitely recommend his company to anyone.

I cannot give enough stars to Will and Alex. They saw our vision when others did not. Everything is quality workmanship. The overall project exceeds our expectations. We had brickwork, custom tile mural and backsplash, large amount of cabinetry repainted, wallpaper, built-in shelving, and cedar ceiling installation as well as electrical work. It all came together seamlessly and during the process developed an excellent working relationship. Will and Alex will be missed from our family routine but we are sure to only call on them for any future home improvement projects. They are genuine and straight shooters. They are the best!
