UBR is run by good people who are honest and want to treat you right. Honestly, I feel like it is hard to find a contractor now days that is this caliber of a person and it was nice to be able to trust that he was going to take care of us.

Will is an excellent contractor with an amazing team. Everyone has an eye for quality. They treated my home like it was theirs, careful with everything. And if something wasnâ t exactly perfect, they fixed it. And then towards the end of the kitchen remodel, my fence fell, and guess what, I rehired them to fix the fence too. And everything looks so amazing.

We would highly recommend UBR development for your home remodeling project. Will the contractor was easy to work with, took time to learn our vision for the space, was quickly responsive to my calls and texts, and was able to provide ideas for the design process when we got stuck. He also took on and personally refurbished a repurposed barn door that had great family sentimental value to us. He was also open to changes we desired during the remodeling process. The team of subcontractors including Jaime the project manager, Crystal, Carlos, and Alexis did a beautiful job of taking our vision on paper and making it a reality. They listened to my desires and asked questions all along the way, showed great attention to details, exhibited a strong work ethic, and found creative ways to address problems that arose in a way that met our desires even when it cost them added time, effort, and ingenuity. Although the completion of the project took longer than estimated, the final product was definitely worth the wait. I would absolutely recommend UBR for any home remodel project due to their ease to work with, their experience and creativity, their craftsmanship, and their fair and reasonable pricing.

The renovation included removal of our 1968 vintage bathtub and shower and the installation of a walk-in shower. Will was very attentive to our requests. Alex and Crystal are the two most meticulous marble tile installers around. Attention to detail was fantastic. Couldn't be happier with the way everything worked out. Highly recommend them.
