Will, the owner is great to work with, very professional and detail oriented, we are very pleased with the quality and pricing we got for our project, they installed the crown moldings and edging for our new cabinets, and corner and floor boards for our island. We will definitely be calling them again, they do great work for a fair price!

I called and left a message to request a quote and had an appraisal appointment the next day and the day after that the job was complete. The timing for us worked out beautifully, as we were able to have Will out to our home to complete the re-finishing of our front door in two days. He was very pleasant and professional. After Will arrived, he gave me a quick overview of the steps he would be taking to complete the job and then proceeded to get straight to work. He protected our floor and was very tidy while working. -- We had asked that the weather stripping be replaced as well and Will was mindful enough to come back the next day to install so that the new finish wouldn't be damaged with sticking issues. -- We're very appreciatetive of the workmanship Will provided. It was very reasonably priced, and the finished product looks beautiful! If we were staying in the state we would definitely hire this company for any job -- BUT, our door looked so good our house sold in two days! Thanks UBR Development! (Our neighbors will be calling).

Will is honest and trustworthy, one Major aspect in hiring UBR. His prices are fair, his crew, especially Alen, are impeccable and really care about doing the job with the highest of standards.I would highly recommend UBR. In fact, we will hire the UBR team for other projects.
