I hired AR Advanced to do my roof after looking at 3 different companies. They were the only ones to walk around doing a full assessment of my roof during the estimate and giving me a true breakdown of the work required. They were fast, clean, and efficient with the job and I have had zero problems since. They always answered as well when I had any questions.

AR Advance installed our new roof, and we are extremely happy and satisfied with their service. Nino explained the type of material used, options included as part of the contract and extremely helpful. The crew was very professional and committed. They paid attention to the details and kept the area clean. They also installed new gutters to suit our needs. Also they did an wonderful work and very detailed on the patio by the pool with a beautiful design of pavera and concrete installation Both Remzi and Nino patiently answered all our questions and ensured we are satisfied throughout the process. The guys at A R were professional and accessible. They arrived at my home on schedule and not only patched the source of the leak, but they also worked to fix a job that had been done plain wrong by someone else. It is hard to find roofers that really know Spanish tiles. These guys are true craftsmen. They did a great job on a challenging roof. I would use them again and would recommend them highly.

For masonry stone repair (steps), AR Advanced is the contractor you should hire. They are a responsible team. They did great work on schedule and accommodated my limited budget. Make sure you stipulate in the contract exactly what you want done, preferably with photos. I followed that system and there were no problems. Highly recommended.
