"Chris and company did a fantastic job. We had a set time frame and they delivered a beautiful job on time with no problems. We also wanted to keep some of the charm of our colonial and make sure it did not look cookie cutter. Chris went over various options and styles that made our house pop! I looks great. The crew was professional and polite. They kept the work area clean and made a few adjustments on the fly to provide the look we wanted. We also needed a few extra items along with the siding. can't have new siding with out new storm doors. We also had 3 old windows we wanted replaced and also a new garage door. Chris added this to the work and it was seamless and very well done. There was no delay in the project. Brick work looks great, Roofers told us the leaks and water we saw on our attic ceiling was caused by the missing and loose mortar on the chimney. Fixed & Fair explained what was needed and why, written contract signed they came back on schedule, we also had our chimney liner replaced which had been recommended by roofer as well. Very happy with professional work by Fixed and Fair. Respectful of property, cleaned up after work was completed, they were very thorough."

"From the initial quote to the finished job, Bill and his crew did fantastic work. They replaced old flashing, and repaired damaged plywood and brick at the base of the chimney. They were prompt, professional and attended to every detail. Bill informed me of damage discovered after the shingles were removed and he and the crew repaired it thoroughly and matched the shingles perfectly. On a very hot day, they even took the time to clean out my gutters and remove some branches and other debris from the roof. "I had a small leak in my 15 year old roof, and Aurel gave a very thorough inspection of my entire roof and chimney, and showed me pictures of what he saw. When I bought the house 5 years ago, the home inspector wasn't able to go onto the roof because of snow, so I appreciated the detailed inspection. In addition to the problem area, he also identified improperly installed vent covers and several areas with nail and screw holes. The chimney was not really on my radar as a problem area, but he noticed that the chimney liner was misaligned (which is a safety issue), and the brick needed to be repointed. For a reasonable price he fixed all the issues with my roof, installed a new chimney liner and repointed the brick on the chimney. Very professional, and highly recommended!"
