    Ken fixed some close soft drawers in my bathroom. He was running late, due to the weather, but he called twice to give me updates on his arrival. He did a good job.

    Ken does excellent quality work and has skills to do whatever’s needed. We were readying a house for sale and he work he did was remodel kitchen, drywall, widen an entryway, install appliances, plumbing, custom countertops, tile, drywall repairs throughout the house, new doors, and many other things. He was friendly and easy to work with, and always cared about what we needed and getting everything right. If there was one drawback – Ken took too long. Four weeks to finish the work. But that wasn’t all his fault, because we asked for more things later than originally, which put him past the week he had allotted and then he had to juggle our work with other commitments.

    This turned out to be a difficult project because the faucets had been installed incorrectly, so there was a great deal of figuring necessary to get the job done. It was hot, but pro never complained or wavered and got the job done in a timely manner.

    I will be suing Jose for $2680.00 and he can have this garbage back. The only time he showed up was when he "needed" more money. He milked the entire project from October 22, 2017 to December 10 2017. I interviewed two cabinet contractors Homeadvisor referred. One contractor wanted to totally replace my cabinets. The other contractor wanted to chop up my window sill to install the island cabinet I was moving to the kitchen corner to support the new cabinet; rather than under the window sill as requested. When I refused to have the installation be under the window sill. This contractor virtually had a meltdown and basically ran out the door while talking over his shoulder, "You don't need a cabinet maker you need a handyman.". I contacted Homeadvisor again, this time for a handyman. I had only called with a request for a handyman and within an hour Joseph showed up at my house and said he was given my name and address by Home Advisor wanting handyman. I was on my way to an appointment and we arranged to meet the following day. He showed up the next day as agreed. He listened to my plans for my kitchen. I described every detail I wanted and exactly what I didn't want. WANT: 1. Island bottom skirting was to be cut down to fit under the window sill. No cutting of the window sill. I was emphatic about that. He cut my window sill up and did not place it under the window sill. 2. Use maple wood that matched my other cabinets Match the design of the cabinets. He said he would, but delivered plain wood no design cabinets 3. Remove the desk, side cabinets and upper cabinet. (The only thing he did right.) Joseph agreed to everything without question. He took one of my drawers to match the design of my cabinets. After I paid for the materials he called stating he couldn't find the right router. I contacted Wood Crafters and they confirmed the matching router was no longer available, BUT, they found by using two router bits the design would come close to matching my cabinets. I was good with close. I passed this information to Joseph. He had already collected half of the contract money. I asked for his advice about recessing two cabinets deep in the kitchen wall. I left the room to allow him to start work. The next thing I heard was him sawing my wall. I was in shock, in addition he said he would make the recessed cabinets deep. I said, He delivered 6 deep cabinets and said, I can always cut them down. In December 2017 he informed me he had not started the cabinet and if there was any changes now was the time to tell him. I called him 20 minutes after he left to add two 10in drawers at the bottom of the cabinet. It took me multiple times calling over 3 days to talk to him. By this time I had paid him the full amount of $2,680.00 for nothing, but a hole in my kitchen wall. He delivered a plain unfinished cabinet that matched nothing. And the two drawers he added were not 10in deep, but 4 and 1/2in deep drawers, BUT for another $1,000

    I'm not gonna comment on this client: this lady changed her mind over 6 times and expects me to keep going back at every whim.. She wanted one of her friends to finish and signed a paper delinquent seen tread designs from all liability. I tried 6 × 2 pleases lady and there was no pleasing or Unfortunate that some people you no matter what you do you just can please. Retried everything in our power. Just those people when you're trying to do your best always try to drag you down... She change the order 6 times. We will do our best to please every clime.... Yelp is just a the resource for unhappy people that try to rip people off.

    We trusted this contractor. He never shows up and doesn't call us. We've been trying to get our money back and we've just been getting a lot of excuses

    Some people just don't know when to stop lying, I returned every dime to these sorry people. Every low score in the last 5 people were people that just want to get work done for nothing. Sorry individuals
