Thankful :Mr. MARCUS I am extremely grateful for Mr. Marcus who represents TGStandard contracting company. In 2022 I had some major work done in my home it appeared that I needed a new roof. I hired a contractor which is no longer in existence his job was to build me a brand new roof to convert the second floor bathroom in my home from regular bathroom to a handicap accessible bathroom. After finishing his contract only months later, the roof leaked the bathroom leak the shower door didn't fit properly it was a disaster with leaking from everywhere. Now the house next door to me had a really bad chimney which connects to my home. It appeared the trouble was coming from their home. I've had several contractors to come out and give me estimates many of these contractors were telling me that the problem was the roof next door to me well time passes in 2023. I stayed in courts trying to identify a way to fix my issues. I got in touch with Mr Holland from Baltimore City Rehab Housing. He saw my dilemma. I was hopeless at the end of my rope. Then came, Mr Marcus from TGSTANDARD he came out to give me an estimate the very first thing he said was I have to find out exactly where the water source is coming from, thats coming to your home he checked everything in my home that had anything to do with water leakage from the second floor. Noted, I have a third floor home. Mr Marcus cut a hole in the back bedroom ceiling. He found studs that were huge placed in my brand new roof he began investigating all of the problems. Being a honest hard working man he accepted a contract from the city immediately to fix my home 11/2023. He re-did my roof he gave me a completely new roof he fixed each and every drip the mold etc. everything from the second floor of my walls all the way down through the kitchen on the first floor and the ceilings throughout the dining area going towards the back of my home. He redid my bathroom he stopped the leaks in the bathroom he fixed the doors now my home looks impeccable it's beautiful again the structure is strong thanks to Mr Marcus for his compassion, honestly and expertise in doing a MAGNIFICENT JOB, VERY WELL DONE I FOUND ALL OF HIS WORK TO BE DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER. THE WORK IS SUPERB. I'm truly grateful. Marcus has been really great in helping us with various projects around my wife and I’s house. Some smaller projects, as well as a couple larger electrical projects we had. He also works with our availability, as well as very reasonably priced. Very much recommended.

Marcus is wonderful! He's completed several jobs in my home, e.g. kitchen faucet and shower repairs, and putting wires behind the wall for my mounted tv. Marcus is very skillful and a wealth of knowledge. When you're hiring Marcus he's not only going todo what you want , but educate you on the project so you're not in the dark. Marcus is trust worthy, safe and very respectful as a female I can very much appreciate that. Learning about Marcus because I'm very specific who comes in my home . I learned he has a background in property management and has a clear current background check . Marcus also worked on the military housing which I can see a distinction in craftsmanship and cleanup. Marcus has done a variety of jobs and most recent CUSTOM BUILT AND INSTALLED a breakfast bar to help save space in my home. You cannot go wrong hiring Marcus. He is a contractor that will make suggestions but also do what u want done. If you want someone with integrity and works hard he is the person to hire.
