"New Generation has been cleaning for us for 6 months now. They do an excellent job. 3 people come to clean, so they are fast as well. They don't always get every nook and cranny, but most times they do an extra good job in one area. This last time it was the under-counter edges of the kitchen floor. I also love their bright smiles and friendly attitude. As to dependability, I get a text a day or 2 ahead saying just when they'll arrive within our agreed window of time. They are always prompt unless traffic or some such holds them up, in which case they let me know with another text. This arrangement works just fine for me. The landscape looks fantastic. After assessing my yard, it was determined that my gutters needed cleaning to prevent water from running into the foundation. I agreed with the finding, and had the gutters clean again. The contractor before Melecio Landscaping did lousy job on the landscape, and inadequately cleaned the gutters.
