"This company did an excellent job of removing the old stone brick wall in our family room and installing a beautiful veneer stone on the first job and on the second job we hired 7th State for the remodeling my dining room. They were efficient, fast, and professional. They are pricey, but you get what you pay for and the customer service is impeccable!!! "Our home at 83 Shipwright Street was built in 1892 located in the "heart" of the Annapolis Maryland Historic District. Our street-to-front porch walkway had disintegrated into a rough patchwork of disoriented brick many of which were probably placed 125 years ago. Greenland Construction: (1.). removed and cleaned all the bricks, (2.). installed a new gravel sub-base, and (c). reset all existing bricks in a neatly configured pattern. Their workmanship was superb, personnel most professional, polite and courteous. We could not have been more pleased. Anyone that wants to stop by and see the masterpiece is more than welcome."
