The visit was prompt and the service was outstanding. The proprietor/technician, Mr Troy Hatfield was extremely courteous and empathetic towards our problem with the air conditioner not working. Mr Hatfield examined everything,and found the problem in no time at all and repairs were done in a matter of minutes. I hope this wasn't too gushy, but I was really pleased and satisfied with this company. In fact, I have a friend who's air conditioning unit went out also and he will be recommended highly by me. As everyone knows, this summer is very hot and my ac unit decided to quit. After several other bids and then talking with Troy, I knew he was the right person to replace my ac unit. Troy did an excellent job installing my ac/heat unit in a timely manner not compromising the quality of his work. He is very professional, kind, and trustworthy. I highly recommend him to anyone and his cost is unbeatable!
