The job was accomplished in a very good manner. Two five tone heat pump system were installed very quickly and as scheduled. The price was especially noteworthy. Troy found a special price for the new units and passed this savings on to me the customer, when he could have possibly used this savings to increase his own profit margin. Most would not have passed all of this savings on to their customer. His prices were best of all offers. Would definatly use his company again and urge others to do so also. You will be glad you did.

This was an install follow up. When system was first replaced we agreed to see how the total airflow with the existing ductwork worked and Troy would come back if we were not pleased with it. At the time the system was replaced I was happy with the new system; after a few weeks we thought we needed one duct re-run. Troy came right out and reran the duct as he promised he would. Just like the original visit Troy was on time, very courteous and completed the job right away. The new system that I thought was running great is even better now. I am totally pleased with TexAire and would recommend them to anyone.

They didn`t put two air vents where I wanted them.This job has failed ispection and He hasn`t come bye to fix it. I called the Inspector two weeks ago and still nothing.

Response from Company:

I explained to the customer before installation where everything was going and explained why the vents had to be located in the current positions. He had agreed. The inspector had no problems with the installation. The homeowner decided, against my advice, to run all electrical for the system himself, instead of using a licensed electrician. No electrical permit and everything fails.

Troy Hatfield and his TexAire crew were very professional and straightforward. His proposal was very fair and the work performed was exactly as stated. He even fixed ductwork to kitchen and bathroom vents which had dislodged in the attic. The only negative is that he put in a system that did not meet specifications to receive a rebate from CPS and I still have not received paperwork from an extended warranty I purchased. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking an honest and hardworking staff but do some homework on the type of system you want installed.
