Troy was prompt in arriving to check out the situation and discuss solutions, he listened to me and what my needs were. He gave me straight answers and did not bad-mouth or insult his competition (like ALL the 7 others did) and then returned a reasonable quote the next day after checking exact price of parts/repairs. The others all gave quick overblown quotes (35 to 70% higher for the same work) and all were “open to negotiation”. The others made me feel like I was buying a car at a cut rate used car lot, and to an extent all were good at mud-slinging. Troy just gave it to me straight, came and performed the repair in a reasonable amount of time and we had a new system installed in less than a day. There was a minor issue with the system and he came and quickly took care of it without any trouble. We are very satisfied with the work performed and would recommend him to anyone!

This guy, Troy, was great! He seemed to be very honest and extremely knowledgeable. I got three second opinions, including him, and he was the cheapest with the most detailed description of the problem. He actually was able to fix my evap coil instead of replacing it. The other A/C companies were going to charge $1700 but Troy charged only $700. Great Job!!!!
