Work was done on a tenant occupied property where neither tenant or owner was provided with a receipt for warrenteed work perform at a cost of $600.

Response from Company:

Tenant was very friendly. I never met the homeowner who is stationed overseas. We replaced the compressor in an older unit which still had a warranty on the compressor. The compressor was free. We charged for labor, filter drier and new refrigerant. Our price is aprox. $300 less than any of our competitors. We emailed the invoice as we do for all our customers. Sometimes the addresses we receive are not always correct or it may have been a typo on our end. We were never notified that it was not received. I would have been more than happy to resend it. UPDATE: Customer has received their invoice. Thanks again for your business.

TexAire made a proposal for a 5-Ton 15 SEER unit. Upon installation, we learned that it was only a 14.5 SEER unit, and that it was not possible to enhance it's rating with any add-ons. Because of the mistake, TexAire provided the rebate by check that would otherwise have been provided by the utility company. In addition they provided some additonal warranty services. They did all they could short of tearing out the new unit and installing something else. We didn't want that. TexAire was very competitive, on-time, and did an excellent job.

the job they were going to perform was explained to me in detail and it fixed the problem in my home. However, I wish I had an invoice or receipt about the job when it was done. I asked for it but haven't received the email like they said I would.

Im am sorry. Every so often we get an email that is incorrect or we may enter it wrong. I will gladly resend it to the correct address. We strive to make our customers happy and will do what ever it takes. I will be contacting this customer to insure that she gets her invoice.

OUTSTANDING WORK -- Troy & his son were courteous, professional and offered excellent service & products at a fair price - and no "sales pressure" as with other contractors. All of our questions were thoroughly answered and options offered for our heat pump. Troy was easy to work with and I would hire him again for any air/heating issues. They are hard workers and spent the proper amount of time during installation (no rush job) - the heat pump works great and we couldnt be happier! We highly recommend TexAire Heating & A/C!

Troy is a very kind honest and humble guy. I worked retail before and our moto was "under promise, over deliver." Troy does this in the best way. He would not diagnose my Home Air Conditioning problem over the phone. Nor would he give me a price over the phone. He wanted to see for himself and give an accurate diagnosis and realistic promise of what he could do and a fair price. I put off this repair for 3 summers because of fear of the unknown. Within a 15/20 minutes of checking our system he said we needed a new exterior unit. Solved our problem perfectly. Great guy!
