"Denny is THE MAN!! The whole experience of replacing countertops was pretty stressful. From choosing the material (went with quartz) to choosing the fabricator, it was all a little overwhelming. I found True Custom Countertops on the Angi app. Jacob came to my house with samples and within an hour of him leaving my home, I had estimates; other companies took a full week and didn't even offer to come to my home, but wanted me to take the measurements and send via email. They only require 50% down, while others want the full 100% before anything. The pride the family takes in their work is evident, both in the way they work, and in the final product. I found their price to be very competitive and the best I received of 3 estimates. Although not a planned project, it was something we had discussed, deciding to get a few estimates to establish a budget and perhaps help a small businessman during these tough times. Mario even came up with an improvement to the project that I had not considered; big plus over what I had originally requested. Do yourself a favor, bypass the twenty something salesperson with the logo polo and hire Mario and the real pros at 3D Concrete. "We had an issue with the foundation of our home moving. Due to the freeze of 2021 and the rains that followed the soil between the homeâ s foundation beams and the bed rock began to shift. We noticed cracks in our ceiling and the garage floor. We contacted various contractors but quickly settled with Hercules Foundation. Allen Alexander of Hercules Foundation came to our house, measured the distances from level, assessed the damage and proposed the work needed to be performed and the timing. Hercules Foundation would be responsible for all permits required and obtain markings of the utility lines and finally the inspection and approval of the City Engineers. The price quoted was competitive. The work comes with a Life Time Warranty and is transferrable in the event we would sell our home. The work compromised included installing 18 piers, around the areas of the house that required leveling, the digging of the holes, removal of river rock and flagstone in parts of the back yard. The time quoted for completion was three (3) days. Considering the amount of work required I found this to be somewhat optimistic. The team that completed the work was managed by Michael Sanchez. I have rarely experienced a team that was so professional, safety consciousness, patient with our constant questioning, punctual, trust in each other and the work they were doing, and the way they performed the work as a team. It is a team that is loyal to each our and Hercules Foundation. Michael Sanchezâ s son is being deployed to The Ukraine. God bless him and all US Service men and women. When reviewing the work performed another amazing observation was that it looked clean and as if nothing was done."

"We love our new walk ways gazebo and bar pads for our pool area. ZA concrete’s bid came in $1k below the others and they worked with me when I made changes on the fly. They also made suggestions which were spot on and made the look of the new concrete and existing transition better than my original plan. My wife and I are huge on communication and ZA were great. They kept us informed through the whole process. Weather delayed the concrete delivery and they made sure we were aware well in advance and made sure to get us in as soon as weather permitted."

Javier, listened to what I wanted and answered all of my questions. He took all of the necessary measurements, and scheduled a date to complete the work.
