A major hail storm just west of downtown Tucson early TUE evening, 30-JUN-15 punched out three skylights in my home and another three in my rental town home nearby. Gazing up into the evening sky filled me with dread as another monsoon would have resulted in serious flooding. By 1930 I had reached Hugh Ezell of TM Building Damage Restoration who agreed to have a team at my home WED morning by 1000 to estimate the cost of replacing all six broken skylights with more durable, hardened plastic skylights. The work was completed by early afternoon to my satisfaction. Hugh also steered me to a qualified independent contractor to estimate cost to replace one of my broken double pane (only the outer pane was smashed thankfully) office windows. The required Low-E double pane is being manufactured even now with installation scheduled for no later than SAT, 04-JUL-15. I am most impressed with the speed and quality of service.

I needed shingle replacement from wind damage. Several shingles flew off the roof and several more were loose and/or flipped up. The crew from TM Building came out (when they said they would) and showed me pictures of the roof damage....some I had seen and some I hadn't seen.. TM Builders fixed the roof for the same quoted price they gave me - there was no pushy sales pitch for a new roof, they fixed what needed to be fixed. Alex & Enrique provided great customer service. When I do get quotes for a new roof I will be giving them a call.

I expected to pay a lot more for the repairs but it cost far less. The technician was smart and knowledgeable. He took lots of pictures with his phone camera and showed my the damage and looked for other issues. He was so honest he could only recommend replacing about 20 cracked tiles which I did. I said things that gave him the option to "oversell" but he insisted the roof was in very good shape and did not need the upgrades I asked about. A very rare experience coming from a repair service company. I highly recommend TM Building Damage Restoration as they do small and large jobs without the rip-off!
