For roofing, or for that matter anything having to do with other damage restoration, TM is the absolute best. Alex Para was my roofing project manager and I could not have asked for anyone better than Alex. His crew, all of them were punctual, paid attention to little details, did a great job of cleaning up around the property using magnetized equipment to retrieve wayward staples. The completed roof is beautiful, if one may refer to a roof in such terms. These are true professionals who place the needs and wishes of their clients first. If you want work done right and superb, professionally, go to TM and ask for Alex Para. Five for Five across the board.

My initial interactions with TM was ok. After having the initial repairs completed, it was found that the sub-contractor damaged the roof in another area. After receiving confirmation from Rob that they would take care of the repairs including the decking, this did not happen. Instead they replaced the broken tile and offered to paint over the damaged area since the subcontractor felt the wood was not completely damaged. Since they were only willing to paint the decking, I opted to not have them do any of the work. I now have to find a different person to do the repairs and pay for them out of my own pocket. This is an unfortunate situation since the subcontractor broke the tile to begin with.
