TM has great communication skills and works with you in the event of any issue that might arise. Rob resolves any problem within a timely manner. Our roof was done as promised and when some issue come up his crew immediately took care of it and even stayed late to assure that the job was properly done. I do recommend them

TM has been very easy to work with and are helpful. There employees have been very friendly and helpful. The job is not quit finished but has been moving along as expected. 10/20/17 finished the job yesterday. They do good work, They were very fair on the cost of the job. I think them all for there professional attitude and wiliness to ask me questions and work with me.

I understand they are busy during monsoon season, but I had to call them every step of the way to get my project completed or I would not hear from anyone for over a week (maybe longer, I always called by 7 days of silence).

Our experience was good overall. The people were friendly and helpful. There were some mix ups on appointments times that were made. We are pleased with our new asphalt shingle roof.

The only negative was that even though I hired them they did not call to schedule the job and just showed up to do the job

Although a little messy, they worked great and were on time. They completed the replacement of my roof in the time parameters agreed upon when I signed the contract. They returned to Power wash the areas where tar got on the driveway and sidewalk from their shoes. TM wasn't the lowest estimate I received and wasn't the highest either but we chose Rob based upon our interaction with him and his willingness to come by a second time to go over the estimate just to ensure we were clear on the pricing. I would highly recommend TM and Rob to anyone and would definitely use them again.
