They did not do the job that they came to do

Our company completed the job exactly as our contract was worded. We repaired a roof leak and cleaned/recoated the entire roof of the home. The water damage to the porch ceiling was not included in our contract, and was not completed. We would have provided a separate contract for repairs other than roofing, (in this case, drywall and painting were needed) but the homeowner's refusal to pay us and his subsequent abuse of online reviews makes him a client to whom we will no longer provide service.

I hired TM to repair hail damage to my roof and one of my exterior walls. As far as I can ascertain, they did an adequate job on my roof. However, they did a very poor job of repair and painting on hail damaged western wall. I had gotten quotes from three painting contractors and all three were not impressed w/the job that TM did. All 3 stated that *trenching* and power washing were not performed by TM. Further, TM left me no leftover paint and didn't even bother to paint the crawl space than is directly below the wall that they painted.

Our project for this client included tile roof repair, interior drywall repair, and patching/painting of one exterior stucco wall. The client paid in full upon completion, indicating his satisfaction (we assumed.) We were unaware of his issue with our work until a random foray into our reviews on Home Advisor presented us with his feedback. We contacted him immediately to resolve this problem and were told that he was happy with the job but unhappy with the painting. He was told the exterior painting was subpar by contractors he contacted for other work, and we suspect they were looking for more items to paint. We offered to send our painter to correct the issue and leave some paint, but he declined. Painting of the crawl-space was not included in our estimate.

Cannot rate them. The gentleman who looked at our roof felt the roof looked good and suggested waiting to see if it leaked when it rained, and it did not. That is a very good outcome!

I hired TM Building and Damage Restoration to repair a roof leek. The work was done by a professional team at an affordable cost. P.S. - No other roofing company I interviewed gave a warranty while this one gave me two years. I highly recommend them.

TM Building and Damage Restoration, Inc did an excellent job patching a leak in our tile roof. Their work was timely and affordable. I appreciated their service so much that they were recommended to my daughter for repairs to her roof. She was pleased as well.
