Cham and Billy were awesome. Very thorough and knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose the issue and presented me with options on what was best for my personal and financial needs. Once we made a decision there was no second guessing and they got right to it. Also very timely on the service call. Called Tuesday and they were over Wednesday morning and the issue was fixed by the afternoon. Very, very pleasant to work with

Cham is a very honest and reliable guy. He owns a small business so you avoid all of the hassle of dealing with a upcharges and promotional speeches. He is very quick and knowledgeable with his work while also answering any questions or concerns you may have. Would definitely recommend for installation or just yearly maintenance!

I called about my AC in the morning and immediately got a friendly "Hi Greg, How are you doing?". He was able to come out within 2 hours and determined the broken fan motor problem. He went out, came back, and had it replaced in an hour and a half for a reasonable price. To quote Staples, that was easy! He had also been the only one who could come out anytime soon near the end of the year several years ago when it was bitter cold and the furnace was not working well. Supertec gets 10 stars out of 10 in my book.

cham replaced my furnace and AC a few years ago and i was so please with his service and affordability. i needed him to check my ac and he fixed it with no problem in no time. he definitely will be my heating and cooling guy.
