I had a wire in my furnace that was disconnected and keeping our air conditioner on. He was fair in either letting us do the work or him. We had a hot long weekend and did not want to do it. So we choose him. Great guy. Thanks Janice Henry

I can't say enough regarding their service, they make you feel like you are their only customer! Cham consistently arrived on time, was good natured and even sent a text when he was on the way. Professional in every way but I thought price was high. It took two visits of about 1/2 hour each, a part that cost about $30 and a total cost of $325. In fairness it may be I m out of touch with cost associated with this repair.

Thank You for your review. Yes, after hour service is more expensive. If we had needed to have a supplier send someone to come and open their store in order that we may get the manufacturer part there is an additional charge to us that we must pass on. This would have made it even more costly. We do not use generic parts which may cost less. We're happy that you now have heat and that we were able to accommodate your schedule.

I had a furnace issue and after spending the night using a space heater, needed someone quickly. Cham responded within in a minute of my request. After briefly reviewing the situation over the phone, he was able to come out within the hour, which allowed me to finish a meeting at work and get there. As he worked his way through the furnace parts, he continued to explain each step, while getting my experience of what started the issue. Long story short, he was able to identify the problem with my thermostat. He was able to go out and purchase a new one, and install it, and the house was warmed up in no time. I was able to salvage the remainder of the work day. I have a 22 year + Lennox furnace. While looking for the current problem, he was able to identify a cracked heat exchanger which with the age of the furnace did not surprise me at all. I will be calling Chan to replace my furnace in the spring, no question. Polite, timely, and willing to take the time to walk me through his process.
